What you are buying, what we promise, and what happens if either of us stops.
The real text is not written yet, and inventing it would be worse than leaving this visible. The contractual wording needs counsel. What is below is the commercial substance those terms have to encode, written plainly so it can be checked against them rather than discovered afterwards.
The substance the terms must encode
A contact is yours permanently
Unlocking is a purchase, not a licence that lapses. Cancelling the plan does not take back what you already unlocked, and neither does anything else.
Export is free and uncapped, on every plan
There is no export tier and no row limit. You can take your list and leave.
You are not charged for a failed check
If the address does not verify and there is nothing else to hand over, nothing is charged.
The allowance resets monthly and does not roll over
Unused contacts do not accumulate, which is stated here rather than discovered at the end of a month.
